Moroccan chicken -
chicken breast stuffed with haloumi marinated in a harissa & orange liqor, mixed pepper cous cous, flat bread* 13.5

The Griffin burger - 6oz homemade English beef burger, caramelised onions, Monterey Jack & gem. served in a broiche bun* with Rooster chips. 13*

Fish & Chips -Deep fried in a malt crumb, garden peas, tartare sauce, Rooster chips 11.5

Penne Napolitano - pasta with roast peppers, sun blushed tomatoes, Parmesan, toasted sour dough, basil & rocket salad 9.5

Steak frites - (28 day aged English rump) tomato salad, triple cooked chips, cafe de Paris butter (GF) 15.5

Our fish is responsibly sourced, chickens are free range, pork and lamb from Chew Valley, beef from Gloucester, game in season and shot locally (sometimes by the owner), chips are all from 'rooster' potatoes for extra tastiness.
