Moroccan chicken -
chicken breast stuffed with haloumi marinated in a harissa & orange liqor, mixed pepper cous cous, flat bread* 13.5

The Griffin burger - 8oz homemade English beef burger, caramelised onions, Monterey Jack & gem. served in a broiche bun* with Rooster chips. 13*

Cod Goujons - fine fillets of Atlantic cod deep fried in a malt crumb, garden peas, tartare sauce, Rooster chips 7.75

Arancini - Saffron rice balls filled with a rich tomato & mozzarella ragu coated ina malted wheat crumb, deep fried & served with a roast pepper & aubergine ratatouille, rocket salad 9.5

Our fish is responsibly sourced, chickens are free range, pork and lamb from Chew Valley, beef from Gloucester, game in season and shot locally (sometimes by the owner), chips are all from 'rooster' potatoes for extra tastiness.
